Please be advised that until our office sends a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp, a reservation is not confirmed.
In the event of a no-show for any online reservation where a confirmation was sent, you will be responsible for the full cost of the tour if the tour is not cancelled atleast 24 hours in advance.
